✨ Feature Artist Series - Billy Nye Billy Nye Art We affectionately call Billy “the one that got away” □️ Billy was chosen as a DACE Feature Artist in 2020, but when COVID forced the cancellation of our exhibition for the first time in its history, we never had the opportunity to celebrate her in the way we’d planned. A much-loved and long-time DACE artist, Billy’s expressive paintings explore the beauty of the Australian landscape through rich colour, texture and light. Her work has been enjoyed by visitors to our exhibition for many years, and it felt only right to shine a spotlight on her as part of this series. Billy has also entered four beautiful pieces in this year’s exhibition, and we can’t wait for everyone to see them. This one’s for you, Billy □ Thank you for your contributions to DACE
