BILLY NYE ARTIST 2023

Belinda “Billy” Nye, a Melbourne-based artist known for her depictions of Australian suburbia, received multiple awards during the 2023–2024 period. Notably, she won the “Best Other Medium” award at both the Rotary Frankston Art Show and the Rotary Mornington Art Show in 2023 . Additionally, she was honored with the Delys Sargeant Senior Achiever Award for 2022–2023 .​
In 2024, Nye participated in the “Walking Through Frankston” project, organized by the Peninsula Printmakers Group, which was awarded the Frankston Artist Project Grant .​
Her works were featured in several prominent art shows, including the Mornington Art Show, DACE Art Show, and Frankston Art Show in both 2023 and 2024 .​
