PENINSULA BEACHFRONT SUBURBIA


After the Blairgowrie Art Show, I’ve been working on something special for the yacht club this year. Peninsula Beachfront Suburbia started back in 2022, and it’s been a slow, detailed process in Procreate—blending different beachfronts into one cohesive print. I had hoped to debut it at Blairgowrie, which is why I took my time finishing it, but now I’m looking forward to finally exhibiting it this Easter.
To make it even more special, I’m adding a hand-painted touch to bring it to life. It’s been a long time coming, and I can’t wait to see it finally on display.

“McCrae Beachfront Suburbia” blends the iconic McCrae Lighthouse with the Blairgowrie Yacht Club, merging two Peninsula beach views into one. I enjoy capturing both reality and imagination, adding and subtracting elements to create my own unique perspective.
